Soldier Sniper Game

This soldier sniper game is set against the backdrop of the Indonesian National Revolution when Indonesia declared itself a republic in 1945 and rebelled against Dutch colonial rule. The Dutch responded militarily and the ensuing conflict lasted for four years with the Dutch being able to maintain control of the major towns and cities, but unable to secure its authority in the countryside where this soldier sniper game is set. Succumbing to international pressure, Queen Juliana of the Netherlands eventually signed a document on 27th December 1949 transferring sovereignty from Holland to the United States of Indonesia and the Dutch forces withdrew.
