Army Strategy Game

As Germany was preparing for war across the European continent, Russia signed a non-aggression pact with them on 23rd August 1939 in exchange for a secret protocol that allowed German influence over a number of eastern European countries. However despite this pact Hitler invaded the Soviet Union on 22nd June 1941 by launching Operation Barbarossa killing 750,000, destroying 10,000 tanks and 4,000 aircraft. By the end of that year there had been 4.3 million Soviet casualties with a further three million captured. However with the Americans now joining the war, the Soviets launched a fight back and this army strategy game is based on that counter offensive.

In some ways this game is a bit like Risk; you need to make strategy decisions to defend the Soviet Union from the Nazis.
